Chair Yoga

Gia’s chair yoga is a great experience for ALL Fitness levels and ages.  This class will make you feel good all over – by stretching and strengthening every part of the body.  Class includes breathing, stretching, strengthening and relaxing.  This class is gentle yet effective.  This class is unique, as it connects with many facets of the body and mind.
